1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of studioletouch.com and all photography and visual production services provided by Studio Le Touch. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

Studio Le Touch provides professional photography and visual production services, including but not limited to:

• Fashion and editorial photography

• Commercial and advertising campaigns

• Corporate and headshot photography

• Product photography

• Creative direction and visual consulting

• Retouching and post-production services

All services are subject to written agreement, quotation approval, and availability.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after written approval and receipt of any required deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Final balance must be paid according to the invoice terms.

• Late payments may result in delivery delays or additional fees.

Studio Le Touch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services if payment terms are not met.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to cancellation fees.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

• Any third-party costs (locations, models, stylists, permits) are the client’s responsibility once booked.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All images, videos, and visual content created by Studio Le Touch remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted usage rights as defined in their project agreement. Usage beyond the agreed scope (e.g., additional platforms, regions, campaigns, or extended duration) requires written approval and may incur additional licensing fees.

Studio Le Touch reserves the right to use commissioned work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Creative Direction & Artistic Style

By engaging Studio Le Touch, the client acknowledges and accepts the studio’s visual style, creative direction, and artistic judgment.

While reasonable client input is welcomed, final creative decisions regarding lighting, composition, retouching, and visual treatment remain at the discretion of the studio unless contractually specified.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines will be communicated during the project planning phase.

Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats. Raw files are not delivered unless specifically included in the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio Le Touch is not liable for:

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control (weather, location restrictions, third-party cancellations, force majeure events).

• Technical failures outside reasonable professional standards.

Liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

9. Website Use

All content on studioletouch.com, including images, branding, text, and layout, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use of website content is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website or during project engagement is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Studio Le Touch operates.
