Studio Services Terms

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Once confirmed, sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, so please ensure the selected date and time are correct before confirming.

يتم تأكيد الحجز فقط بعد استلام الدفع الكامل. بعد تأكيد الحجز، لا يمكن استرداد المبلغ أو إعادة جدولة الجلسة، لذا يرجى التأكد من اختيار التاريخ والوقت الصحيحين قبل التأكيد.

2. Time & Punctuality

Entry to the studio is allowed only at the scheduled session time.

All setup, preparation, and pack-up time must be included within the booked session period.

يسمح بالدخول إلى الاستوديو فقط في وقت الجلسة المحدد.

يجب أن يشمل وقت الجلسة جميع مراحل التحضير، الإعداد، وترتيب المعدات بعد الانتهاء.

3. Responsibility & Care of Equipment

Please handle the studio, lights, furniture, and decor with care.

Clients are responsible for any damage that occurs during their session and may be required to cover repair or replacement costs.

المسؤولية والحفاظ على المعدات

يرجى التعامل مع الاستوديو والإضاءة والأثاث والديكور بعناية.

يتحمل العميل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار تحدث أثناء فترة الجلسة، وقد يُطلب منه تغطية تكاليف الإصلاح أو الاستبدال.

4. Number of Guests

For comfort and safety, the maximum number of guests allowed is 5 people during a studio session.

حرصًا على الراحة والسلامة، الحد الأقصى لعدد الحضور داخل الاستوديو هو 5 أشخاص خلال فترة الجلسة.

5. Studio Cleanliness & Footwear

Outdoor shoes must be removed in the studio area.

Disposable indoor slippers are provided and should be worn inside the studio.

يجب خلع الأحذية الخارجية عند دخول منطقة الاستوديو.

يتم توفير نعال داخلية للاستخدام داخل الاستوديو.

6. Decorations & Additional Items

Clients must inform studio management in advance if they plan to bring their own decorations or additional equipment.

الديكور والمعدات الإضافية

يجب إبلاغ إدارة الاستوديو مسبقًا في حال رغبة العميل بإحضار ديكور أو معدات إضافية.

7. Studio Monitoring

The studio may be monitored by security cameras to protect the studio, equipment, and clients.

قد تتم مراقبة الاستوديو بواسطة كاميرات أمنية لحماية المكان والمعدات والعملاء.

8. Respect for the Studio Space

Clients are responsible for their guests and must ensure the studio is treated with respect and left in good condition after the session.

احترام مساحة الاستوديو

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الضيوف المرافقين له، ويجب التأكد من استخدام الاستوديو باحترام وتركه بحالة جيدة بعد انتهاء الجلسة.
